Manager, Digital Reconciliation

This position is necessary to the daily oversight of the vendor reconciliation process, team of reconcilers and audit compliance of digital campaigns for a large global client. As the manager, you will report to the VP, Finance Opertaions. Your main responsibility is the oversight of processing and approval of digital invoices from receipt through clearance for payment while ensuring strict adherence to client mandated timelines. You will work in a team-based setting and as the Manager, Digital Reconciliation show the initiative to problem solve, and collaborate.

Responsibilities

 Digital Operations Management:

  • Manage the actualization and reconciliation process of digital media campaigns  
  • Work with the Media team, Financial Operations, Account Payable, media partners, platforms, and ad tech vendors to secure receipt and processing of invoices
  • Ensure adherence to audit guidelines
  • Meet client’s quarterly reconciliation timelines
  • Resolve reporting and billing discrepancies
  • Enforce the internal escalation processes
  • Oversight of invoices in IPS platform
  • Review of media partner open payable reports
  • Provide reporting of account activity and campaign status
  • Manage associate and senior associate staff within the team, providing guidance, training and accountability to process and timelines

Client & Internal Relationships:

  • Support teams in discrepancy resolution, managing proof of performance reporting
  • Work with internal finance teams to provide status of open items
  • Engage with all work-related contacts
  • Have business acumen in personal and written communications
  • Lead ongoing status meetings with team members

Leadership:

  • Motivate direct reports and other workflow teams to achieve client close out timelines
  • Recognize recurrent or potential problems, implementing process improvements to resolve.
  • Take assigned tasks and direct reports
  • Grow implementation of system or process changes which build efficiencies in the workflow

Communication Skills:

  • Express oneself in written and oral communications
  • Organize ideas and information logically and sequentially

Qualifications

Qualifications

Associate degree in finance, accounting, business, or 3+ years professional experience

  • 4+ years of hands-on digital reconciliation or finance operations experience
  • 1 or more years of experience managing direct reports
  • Familiarity with MediaOcean tools- specifically Prisma and DDS
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel

 

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $68,000 - $110,400. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
