Job Description
We're looking for an Associate Creative Director, Copywriting, to work on our leading financial services client. You will concept and write copy for integrated campaigns, and touch a variety of deliverables - from TV, OOH, social and online video to digital and radio, with a focus on writing for TV spots. You're an accomplished storyteller in all media, and understand how to work with a brand's tone and voice for a variety of their offerings. You'll work paired with an ACD, Art, and you will report to a Group Creative Director. You willl lead the conceptual development of creative that activates consumers to engage with brands across their journey and across channels. As an ACD on this collaborative creative team, you will write content that is conceptually rich, performance-driven and on brand. You'll connect our brands to culture and have experience in consistency with groundbreaking campaigns.
Responsibilities:
• Leading the conceptual development and copywriting of creative across a variety of communication media
• Becoming a go-to client-facing voice, presenting work and building relationships
• Getting positive feedback from superiors, peers and clients on the creative product that is produced.
• Showing improved response rates on produced direct response and channel offerings.
• Defining and updating our creative best practices based on in-market results and channel trends
• Demonstrating understanding of unique audiences, and creating content that is relevant to each.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in an agency environment
Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Creative Writing or related field
A portfolio containing examples of TV, OOH, social and integrated campaigns
Examples of digital-first thinking. You need to love the internet and creating in that space.
Experience managing your own projects and presenting to clients
Advanced copy skills rooted in audience insights
Additional Information
The anticipated salary range for this position is $94,000 - $152,375 per year. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
