Job Description

We are looking for a POE Executive who is eager to work on a key technology client account. This position is ideal for an individual with up to 1 year of operational finance experience within an agency environment. This person will report to the Client Account Manager and will work closely with the media teams and finance teams.

This person should have an incredibly positive attitude and be able to work well with a variety of internal agency and client contacts alike. Having a solid understanding of the media agency business, and a strong working knowledge of finance and accounting, will be critical.

As a POE Executive, you will manage client deliverables, timelines, and invoicing. You will also serve as a primary point of contact for the client’s finance team.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with media teams to review Salesforce POs, to ensure accuracy and correct phasing as needed;
  • Work with media teams to consolidate POE or post of execution reports as templatized by the client which involves proof of media performance and invoicing,
  • Maintain a rigorous billing process, including quarterly PO reconciliations;  
  • Work with client’s finance team to support the audit of media buys in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the MSA;
  • Ensure key client deliverables in SOWs are met;
  • Work with media teams to provide monthly accrual and budget pacing reports;
  • Enforce standardized processes across different client accounts, to ensure compliance;
  • Maintain strong working relationships with team members and client;
  • Manage credit collection and client query resolution;
  • Manage client invoicing, issuing invoices in a timely and accurate manner and working closely with the media team to complete invoice requests;
  • Prepare weekly timesheet reports;
  • Ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned.

Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce a plus.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Commerce degree, preferably in accounting, finance, or economics;
  • High degree of fluency in both written and verbal English required;
  • Up to 1 year of finance/accounting and project management experience, ideally within a media/full-service agency or client-side marketing department setting;
  • Demonstrable technical accounting ability, especially a strong conceptual understanding;
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills;
  • Detail oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude;
  • Strong organizational and project management skills;
  • Works effectively within a team;
  • Willingness to occasionally work early or late to accommodate different international time zones (Singapore);
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and the ability to manipulate data via Pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, etc.; and
