On the Talent Acquisition team, we oversee entry- to senior-level recruiting for teams who support our business – Finance, Marketing, People functions, Operations and IT. We recruit people who want to be part of an evolving organization, where they will have an impact. In the Lead role, you will be an important contributor working on hiring efforts for our People Team and Client-facing roles, including Staffing, and positions within Client Team focusing on business development. You will work with leadership from those functions to set hiring strategies, review progress and to build relationships for more diverse hiring outcomes.

Job Description

Recruiting top talent into a culture- rich, people centric environment

  • Your role will involve the full lifecycle management of positions across a diverse range of locations and responsibilities within the North America region. As a Lead, you will partner and advise our hiring teams through a successful hiring process which includes the building of an understanding of our different functions, role requirements and desired candidate profiles. It's expected you help draft job descriptions, train teams on interviewing, conduct first round interviews and provide initial hiring recommendations too.

Build and use networks and pipelines to identify talent profiles following our needs.

  • Our Leads have experience identifying high quality candidates through the proactive sourcing of active and passive candidates by direct channels, job postings, social media, web sourcing, talent mapping, vendors and networking. We'll need you to work with the team to build and contribute to our talent pipelines to fill current and future roles to drive improvement in time to hire. Market research will be plentiful.

Track and report our data to build efficiencies, identify opportunities and celebrate success.

  • Leads must be knowledgable about using the applicant tracking system to report on candidate pipelines to enhance partner communication and ensure process management and proper compliance. We'll need you to prepare important metrics and performance measures for the roles and responsibilities such as time to hire and quality of hire, and make recommendations for enhancements wherever possible. You'll work with your team to support the North America BST regional recruitment strategy by contributing to and implementing regional projects, always keeping an eye on collaboration and opportunities.

Qualifications

  • You will hold a Bachelor's Degree (required) as well as 5- 7 years of recruitment experience in the professional services industry (). Experience both managing applicants and sourcing external talent is expected.
  • We need someone who will update hiring teams and can project manage many searches simultaneously.
  • Organization and is important.
  • Partner, influence, and negotiate with team members and hiring teams is important.
  • Project management is expected. Solid command of Microsoft suite is required and ideally experience with multiple applicant tracking systems.

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is ($30,000-$60,000). Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
