Job Description

dentsu is looking to add a Sr. Account Coordinator to our New Stream Media (Retail Media Network) team. You will support the business for our well-known department store client. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will facilitate advertising partnerships for leading retailers within the Retail Media Network. You will play an important role in digital media campaign development and strategy by collaborating with Sales, Media, and Analytics teams. Serving as the main contact post-IO signature, you will be well-versed in all aspects of campaigns, from goals and timelines to media planning and post-campaign reporting. Your expertise lies in process execution, project management, and maintaining accountability for assigned responsibilities. You will work with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities and foster client relationships.

 

You Will:

  • Manage and oversee active digital media campaigns for suppliers
  • Develop strategic campaign recommendations aligned with supplier and marketing goals.
  • Participate in client meetings to understand client needs.
  • Collaborate with sales and activation teams on campaign proposals, execution, performance tracking, and optimizations.
  • Facilitate end-to-end creative processes between suppliers and the Retail Media Network’s creative team.
  • Ensure reporting accuracy by working with analytics.
  • Support post-campaign analysis, providing recommendations to promote repeat business.
  • Aid in systematic campaign billing by reviewing for accuracy.

Qualifications

You Have:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in retail media or account management, with a focus on relationship management.
  • A detail oriented and organized mindset and enjoy managing projects
  • Experience working collaboratively across teams to achieve short- and long-term goals.
  • Working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, v-look ups), PowerPoint, Workflow Systems, and Tools.
  • A bachelor’s degree.
  • Knowledge of the media and advertising industry.
  • Experience with Sales platforms and CRM systems.

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $51,000-$83,375. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
