Job Description

You will partner with a client within their designated work-front to deliver the project.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Guide and coach the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers;
  • Get the team to recognize areas of strength and improvement and employing appropriate development techniques;
  • Ensure Scrum is understood and the team follow Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines.
  • Coach the Scrum team in the skills needed, domain knowledge and communicate, both internally and externally, working within the Scrum team;
  • Work with Scrum Team, and internal and external stakeholders, to influence and guide decision-making and support organizational project or product teams;
  • Coach and help team members to grow in their career, by regular 1 to 1 conversations and providing feedback and guidance focusing on areas of improvement;
  • Responsible of team members performance Review;
  • Resolve team impediments with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization;
  • Work with Agile coaches and other Scrum Masters to grow within the role;
  • Contribute to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices;
  • Facilitate all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.

You will be reporting to the Client Service Manager.

Qualifications

Your profile:

  • At least 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master;
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM®) is a plus;
  • Experience with Scrum framework and Agile principles;
  • Experience with the software development life cycle;
  • Experience in Agile Software Delivery methodologies;
  • Define and refine Agile metrics to understand team performance;
  • English — at least Upper-Intermediate.
