Job Description

Reporting to the Director, the Senior Manager, Paid Search is the daily lead and implements strategy, performance of all accounts against Goals, adherence to deadlines and development of the account team.

You Will:

  • Be the main POC for Clients
  • Develop strategy in partnership with client services team and PPC Director
  • Implement strategy and achievement of Goals
  • Provide all projects to agreed deadlines
  • Oversee managing account budgets
  • Main contact for Search Engine and third-party reps
  • Manage the management and overall career development of the PPC team
  • Ensure best practice and adoption of new features or processes
  • Collaborate with other channels
  • Build relationships across client services team and with client. Lead meetings and QBRs

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in a digital ad agency, with a focus on PPC/SEM, including PLA/Shopping
  • 2+ years of experience managerial experience, including experience developing and mentoring a team
  • Complete mastery of Search Engines and third-party tools, including SA360
  • Advanced Excel skills (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
  • Experience developing strategy and find solutions in a client-centric environment
  • Project and resource management skills
  • Experience working with financial data and budgets

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $68,000-$110,400. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
