Job Description

This is a remote role, location within Central or Eastern Time Zone is required.

We are looking to add a Manager, Media Planning to our remote Carat team. You will join a supportive team and work with a client that sees us as a true partner. We are spread throughout the Central and Eastern Time Zones, making collaborating an important part of our success. You and your team will support one of the nation's most well-known jewelry brands.

You will serve in a critical junior/mid-level role potentially more in time. You will report directly into the Associate Media Director. You will also get to demonstrate your working knowledge of the media space (Traditional and Digital media preferred) and available media research and systems. You will help manage the daily tasks by assuring focus on important client objectives and communicating appropriate resource needs to meet ongoing client goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Understanding of all media channels and experience coordinating across multiple media disciplines (SEM, Social, TV, OLV, OOH, Radio)
  • 1+ years of experience with upper funnel media awareness campaigns
  • Coordinate with creative agencies on creative assets and accounts needs
  • Coordinate with multi-channel teams to design modern, strategic and thoughtful integrated media plans across a myriad of awareness-based channels (TV, CTV, Video, Social, Programmatic and Audio)
  • Comfort overseeing and communicating directly with clients on questions and media initiatives
  • Help evaluate timelines and manage daily deliverables
  • Experience w/ analyzing competitive landscapes, pulling reports using agency tools and compiling insights
  • Manage a large Media Budget and Flowchart
  • Guide media channel selection and forward think on new opportunities

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of total experience in a large agency setting
  • 2+ years of media planning and buying experience within the TV, OLV and digital landscape
  • 1+ years of experience with Media Ocean, DDS, Nielsen Ad Intel, Pathmatics, Media Tools, Web Analytics, Ad Servers, Media Research tools.
  • Experience fostering collaborative relationships with other teams
  • Comfortable working with budgets/numbers and an understanding of mathematical concepts

The anticipated salary range for this position is $51,000 - $83,375 Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
