This position will be based in Germany and you can choose your workspace: München, Hamburg or Frankfurt.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team. As a key player, you’ll play a crucial role in business growth, the seamless execution of a variety of research projects and delivering actionable insights to clients.

The role offers variety and will include:

  • Leading key client accounts and research projects from start to finish, including design, analysis, and reporting
  • Translating complex qualitative and quantitative data into impactful insights and recommendations for clients. 
  • Owning and fostering relationships with clients, finding opportunities to grow the size of accounts
  • Understanding client research needs, writing wining proposals for new and existing clients and pitching
  • Mentoring and guiding team members enhancing their client management skills and insight capabilities

Qualifications

We’re seeking curious, ambitious and analytical individuals with the following experience and skills:

  • Commercial market research experience: ideally you will have at least 8+ years of experience in commercial market research, with a proven track record of success.
  • Analytical mindset: a natural interest and desire to interpret quantitative and qualitative data, translating raw data into clear conclusions and actionable recommendations.
  • Business / client development experience: ability to identify growth opportunities and nurture client relationships, designing research projects to answer client objectives.  
  • Experience across the full-research lifecycle: experience managing a range of market research projects ensuring the execution of multiple projects simultaneously.  
  • Exceptional communication skills: strong communication and presentation skills in German an English, with the ability to articulate findings in a compelling and engaging manner.
