As Consulting Manager, you will be part of a consulting team responsible for achieving the growth targets set for us in Spain.

Consultative Selling and Strategic Approach

  • Utilize consultative selling skills to deeply understand client needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Define strategic approaches and craft proposals' structure, narrative, and storytelling to align with client requirements and showcase Merkle's capabilities.
  • Act as the ultimate owner of the proposal document, ensuring its coherence, clarity, and agreement on client expectations and company offerings.

Consulting projects Leadership and/or Execution

  • Lead cross-functional projects, coordinating diverse roles and aligning client needs with our team's capabilities.
  • Assume full ownership of the project, both conceptually and concerning deliverables, providing strategic guidance to exceed client expectations
  • Manage communication with the client, guaranteeing the client will be kept informed of main milestones and promptly addressing any issues that may arise

Client Relationship Management

  • Be a primary contact for clients, nurturing strong relationships and gaining deep insights into their businesses and industries.
  • Proactively engage with clients to anticipate their evolving needs, address concerns, and identify opportunities for additional value creation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and recommendations to guide mutual success and foster long-term partnerships.

Requisitos

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
  • Proven track record of success in consultative selling and strategic business development within the consulting industry.
  • Proven experience on the execution of consulting projects related to digital transformation, operating models, business strategy models, change management, etc. 5-7 years experience.
  • In-depth understanding of MarTech, Data, and CXM solutions, with the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling value propositions.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate ideas persuasively and engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience, with a demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and collaborate effectively across functions and levels.
  • Analytical acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to achieve business objectives.
  • Extensive experience in client relationship management and negotiation, with a focus on building enduring partnerships and driving mutual success.
