The Associate in Local Investment,  assists with billing reconciliation. This role will report into the Senior Manager in Local Investment.

 As an entry level position, the Associate represents the start of a media career and is highly supervised by a Local Broadcast Buyer. This position is essential in the day-to-day function of the media buying group and designated accounts. 

The Assistant Local Investment is training-intensive. The Assistant Local Investment is encouraged to contribute ideas and insights that will benefit our clients.

Media Billing:

·       Check and maintain discrepancy website

·       Contact vendors for missing invoices

·       Master client buying guidelines

·       Assist Buyer with discrepancy resolution

·       Handle makegoods in accordance to client guidelines with Buyer supervision

·       Keep legible and organized paperwork

Vendor & Internal Relationships:

·       Attends all status meetings when appropriate

·       Manage relationships with external vendors

·       Work closely with internal teams as needed, including managing discrepancy process with account/media teams

·       May participate and contribute in face to face vendor meetings

·       Respond to requests for information quickly and accurately

·       Bachelor’s Degree

·       0-2 years industry experience

·       Strong math and analytical skills

·       Strong interest in and familiarity with media buying

The anticipated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $72,450. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
