We specialize in Sales/Service Cloud, Loyalty Management, and Salesforce Industries implementations, in collaboration with other teams, such as Marketing Cloud or Commerce Cloud. We serve multiple clients, across many different industries, with projects ranging from simple, out-of-the-box implementations to custom solutions that rely very little on standard functionality.
Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst with some level of experience or familiarity with the Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud platform. You will document the requirements of our clients and using that information to manage feature/bug backlog tickets in our project delivery software (Atlassian Jira). You will also ensure project documentation is completed on time and is compliant with team standards. You are not responsible for the hands-on-keyboard configuration work in a client's Salesforce environment but you will help if you have the appropriate experience.
Responsibilities
- Working with a Functional Consultant or Solution Architect, you will capture and document client's requirements.
- As part of the requirements-gathering process, you will also create requirements-oriented flowcharts or diagrams, such as Business Process Flow diagrams.
- In partnership with a Project Manager and a Delivery Lead, you will manage/maintain user stories, bugs, and other related types of tickets in Atlassian.
- Working with all team members on a project, you will ensure that project documentation, such as the Business Requirements Document, are completed on time and according to current team standards.
Qualifications
- Desired Certifications: any Business Analyst certification, especially Salesforce Business Analyst.
- 1-2 years of experience in an agency-style Business Analyst role but is not required.
- Any previous experience or familiarity with the Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud platform.
Additional Information
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $68,000k-110,000k. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. Our incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
