We are now looking for a full time People Services Advisor with German and English to join the team in Brno, Czech Republic, in a hybrid workplace. This role reports to our People Services Team Leader.

Job Description

What will you be doing?

You will support our employees in Germany, cooperating with local teams, e.g. payroll, finance, HR Business Partners, legal or IT. Then, you will work virtually through digital tools to connect with employees. You will be a first point of contact for all questions and requests through our internal system and email. Moreover, you will accurately and timely update employee records and keep all relevant systems and parties up to date. Last but not least, you will process the administrative activities related to the employee life cycle (i.e. new hires, promotions, terminations).

Qualifications

What you bring to us:

  • You are proficient in German and English (90% of the working language is German)
  • This is a junior position, 6 months of work experience is a bonus
  • You are detail-oriented and easily adapt to changes.
  • You love to cooperate with diverse and international co-workers.
  • You have a passion for solving issues.
  • You have a desire to communicate and help employees.
  • You find joy in working with company systems and MS Office, knowledge of Workday is a plus.
