Stellenbeschreibung

You will lead the transformation of the HR function, focusing on the design and deployment of global processes, new ways of working and common HR technology. You will report to the HR Effectiveness Director for EMEA.

1. Transformation & Organisational Effectiveness:

Lead initiatives to guide organizational transformation and enhance overall effectiveness.

Develop and implement strategies to facilitate change management and organizational development.

2. HR Strategy & Planning:

Formulate HR strategies aligned with the our overarching goals.

Work with executive leadership to align HR initiatives with long-term business objectives.

3. HR Service Delivery, Operations and Payroll:

Streamline processes to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

4. Portfolio, Project & Change Management:

Oversee HR-related portfolios and projects, ensuring successful implementation.

Lead change management initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions.

5. HR Business & Financial Management:

Collaborate with finance teams to manage HR budgets and financial planning.

Provide strategic insights to align HR initiatives with financial goals.

6. Governance, Audits & People Risk Management:

Establish governance structures and support regular audits to ensure HR compliance.

Mitigate people-related risks through risk management strategies.

7. HR Technology Support:

Oversee HR technology platforms, ensuring seamless support and functionality.

Collaborate with IT teams to implement and improve HR technology solutions.

8. HR Process Design & Ownership:

Design and refine HR processes to enhance efficiency.

Take ownership of important HR processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifikationen

Qualifications

4+ years of Programme Management experience

Expert knowledge of Business Transformation (M&A)

Ability in establishing Transformation disciplines

Experience conducting Business Transformation activities following strategic intent

Analyse, interpret and synthesise data to provide high quality data insights, MI and associated deliverables. Posses ability to produce concise reporting

Appreciate the workload of the whole team and collaborate with colleagues to ensure cluster, service line and functional targets are met.

You build Great Relationships:

You're able to build solid relationshipsin a matrixed and diverse team member environment
