Job Description

  • You will support core agency clients full-time, with opportunity to jump in on other brands/projects & new business as they arise
  • You will help build, produce, manage, and present all strategy projects – including everything from brief development to client & inter-agency workshops
  • Aid in the creation of client media objectives and strategies
  • You will work with Jr. Strategists on the team to take responsibility for trends analysis & insight discovery across the category, culture, target audiences, etc. – while working to proactively share key learnings with clients
  • Lead the activation of media campaigns
  • Field incoming proposals and work with vendors to create the optimal media plan to fit the campaign’s strategy.
  • You'll work together with full strategy & senior client teams to set-up research projects and help manage data - through Request for Proposal (RFP) all the way to final insight & recommendation presentation(s)/pitches.
  • Author documents related to the plan (media briefs, RFPs, etc.)
  • You'll leverage (and learn) comprehensive understanding and successful application of secondary research tools in support of strategic projects
  • You will analyze qualitative and quantitative data with ability to weave into thoughtful arguments & compelling stories
  • You'll contribute & develop skills for seamlessly partnering with cross-functional creative teams, from initial brief to final presentation / production

 

This person will report to our Vice President, Growth Strategy and will be part of our Client Engagement team.

Qualifications

You have:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Advertising, Marketing, or similar industry
  • Minimum 2 years working in a strategic discipline (i.e. Associate/Jr. Strategist) or media planning/buying experience in an agency setting
  • Experience in research, especially with complex subject matter.
    • You really understand how to conduct research, analyze results, and can draw from the data insights as well as recommendations
    • Understanding of building and breaking down campaign audiences
  • Familiarity with digital media campaigns such as Paid Social, Display and Programmatic
  • Understanding of the full funnel media process

Additional Information

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $51,000 - $83,375.00

Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
