Job Description

YYou are responsible for:

  • In your daily role, you will complete the appropriate tasks for your ledger.
  • Record all relevant transactions into the General Ledger and the reconciliation of your assigned accounts on a monthly basis
  • Deliver transactional processing and accounting i.e. other manual bookings, cost accounting.
  • perform month end activities i.e. account rec prep, balance sheet maintenance (accruals, provisions, prepayments, fixed assets)
  • Stat reporting i.e. accrual history sheets, FA history sheets.
  • You will support the business by proposing and implementing improvements to our control environments including internal compliance and JSOX requirements.

you will be reporting to the Report to Record Team Leader

Qualifications

  • Qualified accountant
  • Working experience in IFRS
  • 3+ years in complex accounting role
  • Fluent English, verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service, organizational
  • Solid, innovative and constantly looking for opportunities to improve
  • Strong skills in Microsoft® Office (Excel, etc.)
  • Experience with ERPs (i.e. SAP, Oracle, iScala)
