Job Description

Dentsu is looking for an experienced Security Director with a strong background in application and infrastructure security. You will have 5+ years in different roles within security and a minimum of 3 years in management. You will report to the Information Security Officer.

Main priorities include implementing global oversight processes within the Americas region, delivering security validation of important applications and services, and promoting security culture into service line operations with a 'shift left' approach.

With ultimate responsibility for understanding and managing security risk for the Americas Managed Services group, this role will dual report to the Service Line CISO.

Qualifications

  • Identify risk, manage the risk register for the Americas region
  • Enable a culture of Information Security awareness across the region
  • Build positive partner relationships in the region
  • Operate as the security subject matter expert in the region
  • Support client RFP response from an Information Security perspective
  • Support client due diligence and audits, and supplier security processes
  • Manage the resolution of security incidents in the region
  • Communicate and support adherence of Dentsu Information Security policy and standards within the region. Work with global teams to ensure policy, standards, and projects consider regional nuances.
  • Manage the career development for the security analysts in region
  • Provide management with monthly status reports on regional security
  • Meet or exceed internal security ticketing service levels for incidents and requests
  • Manage Information Security projects and coordinate resources with regional technology and team member staff and external groups
  • Perform periodic security risk assessments of region markets and acquisition targets
  • Support and maintain the security tools in region
  • Successfully utilize support processes and structures sufficient to ensure Merkle's Information Security risk profile meets corporate goals and is maintained/improved over time.
  • Assist partners with BCP/DR test planning, execution, training, and maintenance projects
  • Manage metrics related to important performance objectives and service levels to improve regional Information Security risk profile

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is ($94,000k-$157,000k). Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
