Job Description
- You will design and implement Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions for one of our Tier 1 legacy client accounts.
- You will perform the role of subject matter expert for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- You will contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle and understand the entire software development process from design to development to deployment to maintenance.
- You can translate requirements to our non-technical clients and internal technical development teams.
- You can explain cross-browser compatibility and design integrations using multiple marketing technologies.
- You have the technical proficiency to document code on the front-end via JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- You require minimal supervision and can provide oversight for assigned projects.
- You can prepare proposals and time estimates for our future client work.
- Your schedule adheres to specified completion dates and technical specifications.
- Your position will report to the Senior Manager of Software Development at Merkle.
Qualifications
- You have 2+ years of professional hands-on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Software Development experience and experience building sites using AEM 6.5+.
- You have 4+ years of deep experience in Java development in a professional environment and proficiency with scheduling software such as Sling.
- You have experience working with an Agile methodology and iterative development.
- You have experience with unit testing, static analysis, and building automation.
- You understand technical context in diverse environments.
- You have the desire to "Embrace the Unknown" and explore new tools, concepts, and ideas then share them with the team.
- You preferably have experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, and Adobe Analytics.
- Adobe AEM certifications beneficial but not required.
Additional Information
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $68,000k-110,400k. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
