Job Description

You will be a base-level manager that is accountable, along with the VP, Marketplaces, for overseeing the successful operation of the Agyle Programmatic Marketplace. You will have a working knowledge of the media space in general with experience in programmatic. You will report directly into the VP, Marketplace and can work fully remote.

 

Main Responsibilities

Marketplace Operations:

  • Maintain an understanding of Agyle and our products
  • Attain an expert-level knowledge of Agyle Marketplace
  • Work with vendor partners to ensure efficient and effective product operation
  • Be the primary Marketplace contact for client activation teams
  • Maintain Reporting to ensure compliance and proper client savings tracking
  • Strive to improve processes, finding new and better ways of working
  • Identify new revenue opportunities with existing partners and clients
  • Evaluate potential new products and vendors

 

Client & Internal Relationships:

  • Maintain client team and vendor relationships at appropriate levels
  • Grow business opportunities within current clients where appropriate
  • Assist VP, Marketplaces to identify and present savings opportunities to potential clients
  • In partnership with VP, Marketplaces, vet new product opportunities
  • Establish internal relationships with other service line personnel

 

Strategic Thinking & Leadership

  • Balance short-term tasks while keeping the bigger picture in focus
  • Prioritize work associated with multiple, concurrent projects
  • Is approachable and solution-oriented when presented with issues by team and constituents
  • Breaks down problems into critical parts which can be resolved

Qualifications

Experience Required:

  • 2-3+ years media experience (with 2+ years focused on programmatic)
  • Numeracy skills
  • Balanced ability to think and perform analytically and creatively
  • Proven leadership skills and management experience

  • Demonstrated leadership skills through staff development and ownership of department/agency initiatives
  • Presence in leading presentations and other forms of client or internal communications
  • Regarded internally as a "go to person"
  • Display sound business judgment internally
  • Delegate tasks to staff to ensure appropriate utilization
  • Manage crisis or red-flag situations
  • Understanding of the financials of client/agency relationships
  • Participate in agency development and new business
  • Negotiation skills that result in measurable savings for clients
  • Experience maintaining multiple client engagements at once and presenting growth opportunities to management
  • Be an ambassador and demonstrate grace in challenging internal/external scenarios

The anticipated salary range for this position is $51,000 - $83,375. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
