Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic Account Supervisor to lead our internal client teams and forge client relationships across all lines of business. We are looking for a proactive, energetic person who develops healthy, trustworthy team and client bonds. Someone who thrives in a lively environment, loves learning, prioritizes clear and thorough communications, and wears their passion for their team and their client on their sleeve. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and lead internal and external cross-department teams in developing and implementing fully integrated advertising campaigns and initiatives from intake through delivery.
  • Deepen client relationships by being their trusted advisor
  • Responsible for majority of day-to-day client communications, setting expectations, and managing quality of deliverables to deadline. 
  • Develop, manage, and track timelines, billing processes, and scopes of work and/or budgets.
  • Find appropriate merchandising moments and proactively identifies areas of opportunity to grow account and drive revenue. 
  • Act as gate-keeper in identifying red flags and recommending proactive solutions to mitigate risk. 
  • Oversee cross-department involvement and know when to leverage necessary resources. 
  • Develop and present recommendations and POVs that drive innovation for the business. 
  • Assist team leads in all necessary facets. 

Qualifications

•    5 years minimum agency experience 
•    An ideal candidate will have a strong integrated production background 
•    Managerial experience is a plus
•    Great attention to detail and time management 
•    Naturally curious and solution-oriented; anticipates and proactively addresses challenges/issues
•    Positively adds to the tone and culture of the team
•    Encourages effective communication among team members 
•    Motivates cross-functional teamwork towards elevating the bar and delivering business-based marketing with flawless execution and exceptional client satisfaction. 
•    Demonstrates strong presentation skills. 
•    Persuasive storyteller who can work with/present to any client. 
•    Acts judiciously when making decisions for the client, the team and direct reports. 
•    Leads by example. 
•    Conduct themselves with character and integrity. 
•    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience  
•    Digital experience preferred 
 

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $68,000 - $110,400. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
