Job Description
As an integral part of the project management team, you will provide daily tactical support in the management of all activities with our teams, agency clients and external partners for the assigned business/product. You will ensure all assigned tasks are delivered on time and budget, and according to internal processes and industry best practices. This is a remote position reporting to Director, Project Management.
Responsibilities include:
- You will prepare and own timeline, budgets and project scopes across multiple workstreams
- You will manage resourcing allocations with resource management team
- You will monitor creative team member's workloads and seek support when needed
- You will manage daily hot sheet reports, issues tracker, deliverable lists, etc.
- You will capture meeting notes and ensure team members understand next steps
- You will initiate new jobs within the agency and track team hours against scoped hours
- You will manage workflows
- You will track out-of-pocket expenses in collaboration with Finance, Account Management and Production
- You will participate in internal financial billing meetings
- You will ensure quality control of all end product
- You will bring new ideas and industry best practices recommendations for senior management's consideration
- You will manage escalation processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2– 4 years Assoc. PM or PM, production or account experience in an integrated agency or relevant environment
- Demonstrate a understanding of integrated campaign tactics and the management of those
- Demonstrate capacity to understand dynamics of multi-discipline teams and resolve team-related issues that could affect deliverables
- Keep team members up to date on status of projects, and scheduling meetings
- Participate in/lead cross-agency teams
- Understand both low and mid-level complexity project cycle process, and apply this when assisting SPMs with the management of concurrent work, ensuring approval of all team members on each round of review
- Uphold quality control standards, proofreading, and ensuring visual guidelines are correct. Create opportunities for milestone sign off from cross-agency departments and general circulation of approval from team members during routing cycle
Additional Information
The anticipated salary range for this position is $68,000 - $110,400. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
