Job Description

Your main responsibility will be to work directly with our clients as an Sr. Analyst, Data Scientist to provide consulting by analyzing business problems, inferring results and generating meaningful insights within an analytical framework. You will participate in build of production quality personalization models working with clients Data Science leads. You will build upstream automation needed for models to run daily / weekly.

You will work with multiple teams to understand marketing objectives, analyze customer behavior, and build predictive models that promote engagement, conversion, and customer loyalty. You will report to the Manager of Customer Analytics. This is a remote role in the Eastern time zone.

Responsibilities:

  • You will write code, build statistical and ML models, deploy into production environment and compile presentations as per client requirements.
  • You will work with onsite and offshore team to structure solutions based on shared analytics tools and techniques.
  • You will build relationships with clients to better understand their business, and to enable them to better understand how to use analytics to guide their profitability.
  • You will handle projects to complete deliverables end-to-end for client partners.
  • You will research market trends in our client's industry and AI/ML technology and propose/ develop solutions to increase incremental revenue.
  • You will present the results of the work to client partners to deliver recommendations against outcomes.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3+ years in Retail / Customer / Digital analytics experience
  • Experience developing code: SQL, Python, Databricks
  • Experience applying ML solutions and statistical techniques, including classification, regression, NLP, LLM, and neural nets, to solve business problems.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Economics, Analytics, or another relevant field

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $78,000 - $126,500. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
