Job Description

The Senior Platform Architect is a unique hybrid of business and technical consultant with the ability to operate as a digital tech lead focusing on the Braze Marketing Platform. Reporting to the Platform Director, you will create functional solutions supporting solution architectures for platforms ensuring all relevant options are explored for time, cost and compliance to our standards whilst meeting the business' requirements. You will oversee the delivery of the vertical and guide it through the relevant governance.

As the owner of email solutions for multiple clients, you will manage the successful onboarding and overall technological direction for those clients and works as a liaison between the account management and operations team to provide high quality, scalable technical solutions. You will display expertise, technical skills, and the ability to manage cross-division teams from project launch to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • You will demonstrate technical expertise while scoping and driving the creation of digital solutions, email campaigns, email reporting, and data integration.
  • You will gather business, marketing, and technical requirements to create a comprehensive and scalable solution.
  • You will architect data feeds, platform configuration, and components needed to run complex automated email campaigns.
  • You will resolve problems including client data feed issues.
  • You will stay up to date with industry technology innovations, new business practices, and third-party technology solutions.
  • You will improve internal systems based on recurring client requests or evolving industry standards.
  • You will be a consultant and technical expert on the Braze platform to serve clients' needs.
  • You will bridge business and technical requirements to provide a cohesive, seamless solution to grow and perform.
  • You will lead technology discussions with clients.
  • You will develop project scoping and estimating guidelines for designated Solution Platform.
  • You will develop and share best practices for designated Solution Platform.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of architecture experience with the Braze platform
  • Cross-channel marketing experience (Email, Android/iOS Push, SMS, Web Push, etc)
  • Previous consulting experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $113,000 - $182,850. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
