Job Description

As an Associate Operational Excellence (Intern) at Sokrati (dentsu), you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in digital marketing operations and process improvement. You will work closely with the Operational Excellence team and various stakeholders to optimize workflows and ensure operational efficiency. This role requires proficiency in MS Excel and strong collaboration skills to drive positive change within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis: Utilize MS Excel to collect, analyze, and interpret data related to operational processes, performance, and key metrics.

Process Improvement: Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement.

Documentation: Create and maintain process documentation, flowcharts, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with various departments and teams to gather feedback, understand pain points, and implement solutions to improve operational processes.

Reporting: Generate regular reports to track progress and the impact of process improvements.

Quality Assurance: Assist in monitoring and ensuring the quality of operations by implementing quality control measures.

Ad Hoc Tasks: Support the Operational Excellence team with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel with the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • A passion for digital marketing and process improvement is a plus.
