Job Description

You must reside in the Houston Metro area.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage local warehousing with POS and special event asset coordination, Including kitting and utilization of POS

· Ensuring assets are available/operable for activations

· Manage warehouse night. .

· Coordinate transportation and kit logistics of large event assets.

· Learn expertise with in-market machinery. Recognize asset needs per Program Standards.

· Ensure training of event staff on appropriate asset/machine for optimal performance.

· Follow standard operating procedures, policies, and protocols for issue resolution.

· Socialize asset success and opportunities via program recaps, utilizing data and insights for real-time measurement and evaluation.

· Streamline local market communication throughout part-time brand staff. Serve as a local expert in the Houston team.

· Source field staff candidates to ensure a match to the position.

· Adhere to local market budgets.

· Attend and evaluate events for feedback purposes. Make recommendations to improve quality of events.

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES

· You will assist in staff payroll and expense processes.

· You will help with onboarding and managing activation schedule, event deliverables, run of show, and staffing:

· You will staff Brand Ambassadors for sampling and special events through company staffing platform

· Manage and staff on site production of local elevated/experiential activations; use a creative eye to bring Brands to life.

· Audit events to ensure excellence and compliance with state sampling laws and local regulations.

· Train staff on brands, programs, and local/national KPIs.

· Manage staff pools to ensure local team capacity supports our needs

· Review event data and ensure information entered and completed in all relevant activation platforms.

Qualifications

· Must be 21 years of age and have your own method of transportation.

· 3-5 years in field/promotional marketing, Spirits/Beer industry.

· Understanding of local state alcohol laws and regulations relative to state sampling laws and promotional activity.

· Warehouse experience

· Budget management skills

· Able to carry heavy boxes, assets, and production elements.

· Maintain poise under stress.

· Proficient in Microsoft Suite

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $51,000 - $83,375. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
