Job Description

As a Marketing Platform Consultant/Lead with a hybrid of business and technical consultant ability to operate as a tech lead focusing on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud. As the owner of solutions for multiple clients, this person is responsible for the successful onboarding and overall technological direction for those clients. Must be proficient in following the best practices, code review process. Candidate is a self-motivated individual & team player.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Lead & contribute to successful Delivery of Marketing Cloud solutions from technical standpoint

- Design, and develop advanced customizations utilizing Salesforce Marketing cloud

- Disseminate leading practices on solution positioning and delivery

- Oversee code reviews & mentor junior developers on SFMC/SFSC

- Working closely with the client/Onsite, able to trade-offs e.g., terms of config vs code.

- Conduct AB testing to optimize the technical solutions

- End to end deployment and monitoring

- Using Amp Script for personalization of email, calling content blocks and making emails dynamic

- Managed customer segmentation and send email communication to targeted audience

- Worked on all aspects of SFMC including Data Extension, Journey Builder, Email Studio, Transactional Emails, Automation Studios, Segmentation using SQL

- Integration of Marketing Cloud with Sales Cloud/Service Cloud

Qualifications

Work Experience: 8 – 10 years

Qualifications:

- BE/BTECH/BCA/MCA

- Proven experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

- Proficient in troubleshooting complex issues related to Salesforce configuration, customizations, and integrations.

- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Additional Information

Preferred Skills:

- Proficient in AMP script, SSJS and other programmatic languages

- Hands on experience and understanding of cross channel campaign development

- Expert in configuring journeys in Marketing Cloud & managing automations through Automation Studio

- Experience in leading and training a team

- Experience in consulting on technical solutions basis customer needs

- Experience of participating in Pre-sales call for demonstrating POCs

Management/Contact Management/Workflow Automation/Case Management

- Experience in Apex Programming, Configuration and customizations, Salesforce Integration experience

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and be creative within a team

- Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment

- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

- Hands-on experience on Marketing Cloud Connector to integrate with Sales/Service Cloud

- Experience in leading and owning a team, ensuring upskilling of team and self

- Sales Cloud – Lead Management, Account Management, Opportunity Management, Workflow Automation, Case Management is nice to have

- Experience in Apex Programming, Configuration and customizations, Salesforce Integration experience is nice to have

- SAP knowledge is a plus
