Job Description

  • To be considered, you must be located in Minneapolis, MN.**

 

Reporting to the Director, Experiential Production, you will oversee event planning and activation within a designated marketing region, ensuring all activation deliverables are met. You will source event opportunities that align with brand goals and will negotiate the best sponsorship price and deal points for our client.

  • You will activate events according to brand guidelines and ensure execution is consistent with brand standards.
  • You will coordinate staffing and logistics for all non-premise brand experiences (event staffing, asset transportation, product delivery).
  • You will lead on-site production and provide experienced on-site PM to lead.
  • You will manage local storage and inventory of event assets, POS and general event supplies.
  • You will work with all vendors, including insurance carriers, procure permits, civic documents, and all other permits.
  • You will be responsible for post event recaps, feedback, goal event data recaps and insights on all events.
  • You will oversee client and partner communication, challenges, and solutions.
  • You will manage event budget creation, implementation, expense tracking and management, and reporting.
  • You will help manage our PO system and project budget tracking.
  • You will provide budgetary input to the Regional Director on event cost expenditures per event.
  • You will oversee team of regional Associate Producers and hire and manage a local team of part-time event staff (production assistants, brand ambassadors, specialists).
  • You will ensure activation is planned for and performed in compliance with state event regulations, local sampling laws, company policies, and client marketing codes.

Qualifications

  • 5 years minimum experience producing experiential / event production projects within a marketing or communications environment in the spirits/beer/wine industry
  • Experience tying our strategy and sponsorship to experiential events
  • Flexible to accommodate work travel statewide and are already familiar with the market in which you're applying
  • Organizational and coordinating abilities
  • Managed numerous events and timelines simultaneously
  • Daily Use/Knowledge of: Microsoft Suite
  • Experience with Sketchup or AutoCAD desirable

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $59,000 - $96,025. Salary is based on a range of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. Our incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
