Associate Managers are responsible for supporting Manager/Sr. Managers in building programmatic media campaigns. This will include on-the-job training in industry landscape and technologies, technology partnerships, campaign management, client services, ad trafficking, analysis, and communications.

Main Accountabilities:

• Will oversee activation, campaign management, and reporting together with Sr. Manager
• Assoc. Manager will use their skills in investment software and data analysis to improve campaigns and create maximum return on investment for clients
• Will work with planning counterparts on creative needs, custom reports, channel insights
• Assoc. Manager will work with Sr. manager to design and populate insightful reports on the impact of digital media strategies
• Associate manager will play a role on overseeing successful campaign launches in partnership with Sr. Specialist and planning counterparts

• 2+ years' experience in the digital and programmatic industry
• Hands-on expertise with programmatic DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.)
• Experience with digital ads trafficking is ideal (Campaign Manager/DCM, Flashtalking, Sizmek)
• Experience against various media buying strategies; self-service, managed service, partner negotiations
• Collaboration mindset
• Comfortable with analysis and data
• Experience working with business applications such as MS Excel (can perform complex functions)

The anticipated salary range for this position is $51,000-$83,375. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
