Job Description
As SVP, UX Design, you will be responsible for designing the experience ecosystem, and end user flow. You will plan for multiple scenarios, both the known and the unknown, and as a student of data, always be optimizing to maximize potential outcomes.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional UX/UI Design experience.
- Experience with innovation and creating imaginative experiences powered by cutting-edge technology.
- Mastery of all the latest design tools, and versions of applicable software programs i.e. Sketch, InVision, and Axure, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma/Figjam and HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies.
- UX/UI design skills with a focus on attention to detail to produce well-documented story maps, user stories, and wireframes through HiFi Interactive prototypes.
- Experience participating in projects involving:
- Design Thinking/Product Thinking
- Lean Start-Up/Lean UX Design
- Rapid Prototyping/Systems Interface Development
- Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies
- Excellent visual design skills
- UX/UI/Frontend Developer certifications
- Experience with UX projects for digital marketing/commerce
- Work with short timelines and multiple projects, in a creative, collaborative environment.
- A team player, with the ability to both lead and muck in.
Additional Information

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $163,000 -$252,000. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. Our incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
