Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Art Director with expertise in user interaction design, graphic design, motion design and experience helping clients create experiences based on modern design systems. You can work remotely and will report to the Group Creative Director. You will implement every aspect of a digital experience and will collaborate with experience strategists, experience designers, content writers, developers, data analysts, client partners and project managers to create stunning digital experiences that generates customer value and guides measurable results.

 

Accountabilities

  • You will play an active role in new business pitches working with Studio Leadership
  • You will demonstrate hands-on leadership by taking responsibility for your work and team deliverables
  • You will design world-class design solutions for digital products, marketing and commerce websites and present those ideas to the clients
  • You will work with other designers, experience designers, experience strategists and client partners to complete projects of quality from start to finish
  • You will advocate for customer-centric ways to create value for client businesses
  • You will when needed, perform client-facing workshops and presentations, collaborate in discovery research and user testing, helping turn qualitative data into applicable insights and opportunities
  • You will create digital brand visual identity systems and atomic design pattern libraries
  • You will design and help mentor other designers in the creation of design concepts, visual design comps, clickable prototypes and more
  • You will understand our clients' target audience and look for unique opportunities to reach them through a variety of channels

Qualifications

  • 5 years minimum experience
  • Bachelor's degree; in lieu of degree, equivalent experience in a relevant field required
  • Fluency with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft, Teams
  • Fluency with Generative AI design tools
  • Experience and eagerness to work with distributed creative teams
  • Eagerness to take on design challenges, collaborate and grow professionally

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $78,000 - $126,500. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
