Job Description

The Hospitality & Events team provides corporate event and hospitality management services to clients across various industries with an emphasis on client hosting programs, typically surrounding sporting and/or entertainment events. As a Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting with the development of many of the components involved in producing in-person events for corporate clients. Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct venue research and develop recommendations for client presentations
  • Support hotel and transportation logistics management
  • Propose food and beverage menus, taking into consideration clientele and the guest experience
  • Recommend event gifts, including product sourcing and fulfillment
  • Maintain attendee lists and other key documents, specifically status reports and meeting notes
  • Organize, distribute and manage client ticket allocations (physical or digital)
  • Develop and maintain relationships with outside vendors
  • Manage shipping and receiving logistics
  • Reconcile event budgets
  • Participate in brainstorms; demonstrate a willingness to propose innovative ideas/concepts for client programs
  • Provide general office support as needed
  • Some travel (including weekend travel) may be required based on account needs

  • College degree , relevant experience will also be considered

Additional Information

The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is $19.23. Actual hourly pay rate will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
