We are recruiting for an experienced Finance Specialist reporting to the Senior Controller, contributing to the continued support of Merkle operations here in Czech Republic. You will have knowledge of the main local finance specifics and legislation.

• Financial controller experienced with a minimum of 3-4 years business related experience
• Big 4 working experience an advantage.
• Solid IFRS, local Gaap and local tax know-how
• D365 experience, but not a must have.
• Nearshore - Offshore and Multinational setup an advantage
• Advanced knowledge working in MS excel (can perform complex functions)
• Support with all Merkle's obligations towards government institutions
• Help prepare management reports
• Collaborate with central finance teams

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics or related field
• Experience with Czechia's accounting specifics and legislation
• Basic Understanding of corporate finance
• Native or excellent knowledge of the Czech language (due to regular communication with the government)
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Organised
• Communicative
• Team player
• Previous experience in an international business environment
• Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 is an advantage
