Job Description

As an integral part of the Global Operations team, you will drive integration projects forward, maintaining cross-capability & cross-service line relationships, and communicating with key stakeholders. You will lead the execution of internal, high-level complexity, multi-market projects, as well as participate in the mergers and acquisitions process. As the Global Operations Associate Director, Tag Integration you will ensure all assigned tasks are delivered on time, within budget, and according to internal processes and industry best practices.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Operational Model
  • Help design and implement the operational model between dentsu and Tag
  • Determine R&Rs between dentsu and Tag at a market level as it relates to production delivery (including the use of Digital Interact (DI), Tag's end-to-end platform)
  • Structural Synergies
  • Work to identify gaps and duplicate production and studio capabilities
  • Partner with HR & Resourcing teams to evaluate and build structural synergies planning and implementation
  • 3rd Party Synergies
  • Partner with regional and market leaders to achieve 3rd party synergy goals
  • Partner with regional and market production teams to monitor the progress of transferring production work to Tag
  • Change Management
  • Train and communicate on new processes to markets & regions
  • Help manage change communications
  • Oversee and communicate project timelines and status updates to market, regional and Global teams
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking in the management of tactical work
  • Work with all dentsu & Tag integration workstream teams including Finance, Tech, Commercial, Human Resources, Legal, Facilities, etc.
  • Manage risks on projects, taking a proactive approach to solve any issues before they come up, or manage as they arise
  • Master and manage escalation processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years Project Management or other relevant experience at an integrated agency or relevant environment
  • Effective planning, organization, and time management skills and analysis/assessment capabilities
  • Demonstrate capacity to understand dynamics of multi-discipline teams and resolve team-related issues that could impact deliverables
  • Manage multiple concurrent tasks/projects and deliver quality results
  • Demonstrate core Project Management skills in facilitation, negotiation,, and communication in keeping team members up to date on status of projects, and scheduling meetings
  • Champion all company and departmental processes and initiatives, including advocating and implementing them, and assisting in ongoing process improvement
  • Embody professional, proactive, and collaborative behavior that mirror dentsu's values
  • Passionate about the discipline, the team, and us
  • Exceptional organizational skills and good presentation skills
  • Experience with process & automation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams & Lucid Chart
  • Working knowledge of collaboration tools like Microsoft Planner, Trello, SmartSheet and MS Project

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $94,000-$146K. Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
