Job Description
The Alliance Operations Manager is responsible in supporting operational needs for our Strategic and Foundational Alliance partners. You will support the productivity and effectiveness of our Alliance teams and programs to increase the growth of our Alliance business in the Americas region. This manager also works with partners to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities enabled within the sales organization are supported.
Responsibilities
- Support deal registration / MDF / Co-Op funding process for Strategic and Foundational Partners.
- Support managing and maintaining our partner certification counts working with the corporate operations team and our alliance teams
- Participate in a community of Alliance operations, specifically with our four strategic alliances (Salesforce, Adobe, Google and Amazon) by aligning with the alliance enablement leads for each of those alliance teams
- Implement standards and processes to support the following reports: o Monthly / Quarterly / Annual alliance scorecard and executive business reviews o Annual Alliance revenue target setting o Alliance performance reporting including revenue, certifications and co- op funding
- Coordinate with our Growth Orchestration team to represent partner account lists and partner technology opportunities
- Be an advocate to the company in representing our Alliance teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales/marketing, or related discipline
- 3-5 years of experience working in sales, business or marketing operations, or business management and leading a team
- Expertise in working in a partner ecosystem, specifically related to technology services of partner software / platforms.
- Knowledge of partner technologies
- Experience with progressive sales automation systems and demonstrated ability to improve sales productive
- Define, refine and implement sales procedures
- Proficiency in identifying, diagnosing, and resolving problems of all levels of complexity, prioritizing important client issues and identifying department needs
- Work with a diverse team and influence across business boundaries
- Technical, research, problem-solving and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and present to executive management and board
- Expert in BI tools and CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Additional Information
The anticipated salary range for this position is: $113,000 - $174,500
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
