Job Description

Role Overview:

As an Account Supervisor you will be responsible for the timely execution of client deliverables within budget and you will build strong client relationships on a day to day basis. Reporting to the Account Director, you will be in charge of delivering immediate results on media campaigns, maintaining an excellent level of client satisfaction, while contributing to the growth and overall success of the business..

Accountabilities:

  • Supports the Account Director with the delivery of client relationship management and management of a specific client account. 
  • Developing annual plans for media with clients and identifying opportunities to adapt and grow plans in year.
  • Ensures that communications strategies are effectively translated into plans and lead the development and implementation of those plans.
  • Work with clients to uncover business needs and objectives, build appropriate strategies, and identify/implement services to help achieve client goals
  • Delivering excellent client service to ensure optimal experience at all times, with both internal and external partners, and as a result, developing relationships to serve as a trusted consultant to create business outcomes. 
  • Managing client analytics and generating weekly report
  • Provide strategic input to manage and develop campaigns with various strategies. 
  • Provides accurate plan details and updates to clients on a regular basis.
  • Works with creative and production teams in a collaborative way and guides their work per the client objectives.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in administration/communications/marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in similar role.  
  • Strong project management experience; proven experience running a range of clients and internal projects and managing budgets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven experience in developing sustainable relationships with clients
