Key responsibility: 

• Scope data: Vendor / Clients / GL Accounts / All the relevant financial master data in all sub-ledgers, including D365, Concur, Coupa Bellin and the interfaced data from Workday and Salesforce. Ensuring that the data always has the correct Dentsu financial dimensions and that the mapping aligns with the Dentsu requirements.
• Mentor and provide training assistance to finance and operational teams.
• Ability to work and efficiently get along with different collaborators up to Head of Finance Operations and MD .
• Participates in communications with operational and technical stakeholders when needed.
• Establish data governance across global application platforms (group financial dimensions).
• Employment of Dashboard: KPIS monitoring and correction/improvement of each KPI – data cleansing (ex: wrong classification of clients/vendors, duplicate vendors, inactive vendors, IBAN duplicate, VAT numbers, etc…).
• Develop and execute test scenarios created.
• Analyse issues found during the testing and report them to the technical development team.
• Alert the Group/Head of Finance Service in case of inconsistencies between referential.
• Ensure process controls.

• Working experience (5+ years of Finance Control or Operational Finance) 
• Adaptability, we are looking for someone that can shift between local and global requirements 
• Effective team player with ability to build strong working relationships and motivate others 
• Highly self-motivated – achiever of targets, both personally and through team 
• Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships (both within a team and with project stakeholders) 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English 
• Familiarity with Dynamics D365, SAP or similar ERP applications 
• Good Problem solving and root cause identification skills
