As a Team Lead People Services (Payroll), you are embedded within our HR team, and responsible for payroll activities, act as a local lead for the Swiss market and lead a team with one HR advisor. You have a flair for numbers, drive our HR projects forward and enjoy collaborating with others.

Job Description

  • Payroll responsible for Switzerland – point of contact for the payroll provider, preparation (together with our Shared Service Center “SSC”) and controlling of payroll runs, responsible for end year tasks and HR audits

  • Center of Excellence for Social Insurances & Cantonal Authorities Switzerland – point of contact for employees, managers and Human Resources team beyond the daily business

  • Managing relationships and collaboration with relevant HR suppliers

  • Managing expatriates and complex business trips

  • Working on HR Projects and continuous improvement of policies and processes, including implementation of legal changes

  • Train the SSC in Swiss local specifics

  • Leading the local team with one HR advisor 

Qualifications

  • HR specialist with federal diploma (eidg. dipl. HR Fachfrau/-mann) or a university degree with a specialization in HR

  • Many years of professional experience in HR Services (with Payroll and social insurances)

  • Reliable and structured way of working

  • Accuracy and flair for numbers (strong Excel skills)

  • Excellent German and good English skills

  • Quick thinking, strong implementation mentality as well as solution-oriented mindset

  • Home Office flexibility (at least one day per week in the office)
