Job Description

Successfully lead CRO client engagements in a fast-paced, agency environment; Be a thought leader in the area of Conversion Optimization by staying on top of trends in marketing and conversion optimization technology; Lead a team to develop strategy, conduct conversion audits, analyze website usability and develop efficient test scenarios that lead to enhanced site performance; Provide implementation oversight for the design, optimization, and testing of websites, landing pages, and apps; Examine clients’ businesses to get to know their brands and understand their objectives, recognize business challenges, and arrive at insights that solve their business challenges; Develops data-driven roadmaps for digital experiences that prioritize testing and optimization opportunities for client teams; Analyzes test performance across all applicable segments/dimensions. Go beyond basic reporting in order to provide valuable learnings, feedback and recommendations to the client; and Delivers clear insights from synthesizing a wide range of qualitative and quantitative data sets: site analytics, user testing, media campaign performance, first and 3rd party data, audience insights, etc.

Qualifications

Must have experience with the following in order to complete the above-mentioned tasks:

  • Marketing agency experience;
  • managed multiple accounts and/or initiatives for enterprise-level clients in a fast-paced team environment;
  • Experience managing, mentoring, and leading a team, and collaborating across internal teams;
  • lead, support and engage others on the team to help them grow and succeed;
  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative research: surveys, site polls, user testing, usability, competitive analysis;
  • Working knowledge of best-in-class site analytics platforms: Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Hot Jar, Lucky Orange, Content Square;
  • Working knowledge of best-in-class conversion testing platforms (Adobe Target, Google Optimize, Optimizely);
  • Experience synthesizing qualitative and quantitative findings into strategic recommendations, and translating those recommendations into actionable digital experiences;
  • Quantitative and problem-solving skills and comfortable in a data-driven business environment; and
  • Experience in developing high-quality presentations using Microsoft PPT, experience communicating strategic recommendations to senior audiences, both internally and externally.
  • Requires a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Market Research, or related quantitative field and at least one (1) year of experience as a Customer Strategist or related occupation.
  • In the alternative, the company will accept a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant work experience in the above-mentioned field and occupation.
  • Domestic travel required (10%).
  • Itinerant employment - employee may be required to work at various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
  • Option to work from home.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $117,000-$125,000. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The company’s incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
