Position: Integrated Quality Assurance Lead

Designation: Sr. Manager/Manager

Reports To:  Director

 

Role:

  • Oversee the activity of the Integrated Quality Assurance Team.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of Quality Standards.
  • Ensure that the tasks have been checked before they are delivered to the client to ensure that they fulfil all client requirements, comply to all compliance standards, and are defect free.
  • Ensure that proper preventive measures are put in place to avoid any critical client defects impacting the revenue.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for outstanding operational delivery to multiple clients on a day-to-day basis.
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability checking for the organization's service delivery processes.
  • Responsible for monitoring, inspecting and proposing measures to correct or improve an organization's service delivery in order to meet established quality standards.
  • Identify and assess issues, defects, and other problems, especially when they recur in several instances, and proposes and facilitates remedies to these problems.
  • Responsible for creating a process engineering dashboard based on the trend analysis of the defects occurred in the last few years.
  • Create and implement effective governance plans to obtain information, input, and approval from internal customers, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Review the client feedbacks and put effective RCAs.
  • Work with teams from different locations and business domains to share best practices and encourage continual improvement.
  • Resolve all performance quality issues in a long-term manner.
  • Recruit and train quality assurance personnel.
  • Perform performance evaluations that are prompt and helpful to create an effective IQA team.
  • Plan resources (people and infrastructure) ahead of time to avoid delays and their potential impact on business deliverables.
  • Responsible for maintaining a Resource Utilization tracker.
  • Contribute to the completion of Internal Quality & InfoSec audits.
  • Responsible for the standard documentation.

Qualifications

Requirement:

 

Technical:

  • 10 to 15 years of experience in online advertising operations
  • Data management and monitoring tools and methods experience.
  • Six Sigma/Lean Sigma Green Belt is mandatory, Black Belt is desired.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools: Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and statistical analysis software
  • Basic understanding of ISO 9001/27001 standards

 

Educational:

  • Master of Business Administration from a reputed institute.
