Job Description

Dentsu Creative is looking for passionate, enthusiastic talent to work on our newest client: an entertainment industry staple. We’ve been tasked with overhauling their social presence and our mission will be to build on their existing community, stoke fandom, and attract new audiences. We’re looking for talent across disciplines to help build this machine and execute with precision on a daily basis. Excitement about and knowledge of the entertainment industry is a must for all candidates and a deep love of the social space is key. We’re looking for team members who are passionate about film, sports, and TV and are eager to apply their passion to best-in-class creative work. It’s also critical that teammates are versed in understanding the always-changing social landscape and are equipped to quickly and nimbly activate against new platforms, trends, and behaviors. Successful candidates are self-starters, collaborative, and genuinely excited about pop culture and entertainment

As a Social Content Producer, you’ll work closely with Account Leadership, Project Management, Creative and our in-house Editors & Animator to meet client deadlines and deliver best in class social work. You will support our Senior Producer & Producer team while reporting directly to the Executive Producer. There will be growth opportunity within the other tiers of production work.

· Develop, update and share content production schedule through pre- and post-production and ensure all assets are created/produced to deadline

· Gathers all necessary assets for production – premiere files, clip tracker, SRT files, etc.

· Act as liaison between creative and editors to ensure feedback is actioned – added level of quality assurance check

· Manage deliverables tracking during production phase

· Deliver assets to account leadership/PM for client feedback/approval

· Keep documentation and update team on platform specs, functionality, safe spaces, sizing, and brand guidelines

· Work with Business Affairs, music, etc teams to license any images, videos, songs or other elements acquired for social use

· Create estimates and collect all necessary invoices and receipts for projects requiring OOP or vendor costs

· Assist Sr. Producer on other content production needs

Qualifications

· Well versed in social media platforms and practices

· Good understanding of agency content production process

· Highly organized and detail-oriented to meet deadlines successfully

· Clearly communicates and streamlines information to team and client

· 3+ years experience

Additional Information

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $59,000 - $85,000. Salary is based on a range of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.
