Job Description

The Client Success Coordinator assists operations and systems management for various internal departments within MuteSix. This role requires an understanding of the ecommerce world as you will work with several departments. You will report to the Senior Director in a remote friendly environment.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

●      Partner with Client Success & Operations counterparts to agree on tasks and deadlines for operational success

●      Contributes to reports for internal and external stakeholders

●      Collaborate with internal teams; sales, operations, finance, and campaign teams to ensure projects are completed.

●      Responsible for the upkeep of all data management through our project management and CRM systems

●      Distribute bi-monthly client satisfaction surveys, monitor survey responses, and communicate trends in client responses to executive teams.

●      Observing and reviewing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made

●      Delivering reports to department heads and management teams to provide insight into the efficiency of the organization and client health

●      Provide the needed administrative support, which may include preparing agendas and issue meeting minutes when required. Gather and organize meeting materials in advance.

 

 

Qualifications

●      Bachelor’s degree required

●      1+ years of professional experience

●      Have a strong and proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with flexibility

●      Strong ability to problem-solve, and to use data to develop/confirm answers

●      Strong organizational and analytical skills

●      Excellent time management skills

●      Extremely detail-oriented and precise

●      Ability to maintain internal, external, and client relationships

●      Experience with Wrike and Hubspot a plus

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $41,600 - $55,000. Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.  A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available.
