Job Description

As the Studio Resource Manager, you will be an integral member of the studio team, managing the assignment and utilization of resources within the department. You will also provide ongoing support with new business initiatives and awards show entries.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule UX, UI, production design and technical development resources across the studio based on incoming projects
  • Liaise with studio department leads, project managers, producers and account leads to understand project pipeline across all clients and proactively plan assignments
  • Proactively plan for resource coverage for upcoming vacations
  • Maintain a database of freelancers and engage their services when required
  • Lead weekly resourcing calls
  • Schedule and coordinate award show entries based on approved plan developed by Chief Creative Officer and Director of Resource management and meet all outlined deadlines
  • Communicate and manage awards submission requirements with the account, strategy and creative teams
  • Project manage the design phase for decks and other required elements needed as part of new business/pitch initiatives or internal projects
  • Timely gathering and archiving of all awards and new business assets

Qualifications

  • 1 - 2 years of administrative support or resource/project management experience in an agency setting
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and time management skills
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to agency success
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and implement solutions
