Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Product Manager to join our Innovation Strategy & Architecture team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing next-generation enterprise technology and a proven track record in driving efficient product development from ideation to launch.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading internal and external cross-functional teams to identify new feature opportunities, define product requirements and determine the most valuable development efforts. Your expertise and passion will be instrumental in shaping the future of products that enable the growth of national Field Marketing programs.
Consultative approach with clients:
As a Product Manager, you will be required to take a consultative approach with clients to understand their needs and ensure that the product meets their requirements. You will work closely with clients to gather feedback, conduct user research, and incorporate their insights into the product development process.
Collaboration with Enterprise Architects, Engineers, Designers, and Data Analysts:
The success of the product will also require close collaboration with a cross-functional teams, including Enterprise Architects, Engineers, Designers, and Data Analysts. You will work with each on a weekly basis to ensure that the products are developed in a manner that is consistent with the overall business objectives, while also meeting the needs of our clients.
Your ability to work effectively with these teams, communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner and drive alignment towards a common goal will be critical to the success of this role. About the Products:
The digital products you will be responsible for have been developed to support the day-to-day operations of national Field Marketing programs. These cutting-edge solutions streamline Field Marketing workflows and enhance operational efficiency, making them essential tools for the success of the programs.
The products integrate with third-party solutions and client systems, providing an integrated user experience. They serve as the hub through which future product solutions connect to, providing seamless solutions for our users and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Innovation Strategy & Architecture team to define and manage the product roadmap and strategy
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, and competition
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Strategy, Engineering, Design, Data & Analytics and Operations) to ensure the successful launch of new features
- Lead the creation of product requirements and launch plans
- Conduct user research and testing to validate product concepts and gather feedback
- Oversee the products’ lifecycle, including definition, design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance.
- Ensure that product development initiatives align with overall business strategy and goals
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on developing digital products for both internal and consumer use. Operational infrastructure is a plus.
- Must have experience with product management tools, such as Jira, confluence, miro, etc,
- Proven track record of delivering successful products to market, be it distributed access to internal organizations, client users, or consumers.
- Strong analytical skills and experience conducting market research and analysis to inform solutions architecture, product strategy, and roadmaps.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills as it relates to working with cross-discipline teams to shape product requirements, manage expectations on delivery, and mitigating risk or complications that arise from unforeseen delays.
- Fluency in conveying complex subjects at a level that matches your audience.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, a related field, or commensurate real-world experience.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $94,000-$152,000. Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
