Job Description
This individual will work alongside team members in the Brand Strategy, Creative, and Social Media team as well as key stakeholders across the organization. In this role, you will lead development of compelling creative that is audience-first, is driven by data and insights, and is designed for a fully integrated go-to-market approach in alignment with stakeholders.
You must have a strong creative/ content marketing background and a pulse on culture, trends, new and emerging platforms, be comfortable experimenting with new ideas, new content types, new platforms, and pushing the boundaries of what is possible. You must also be a strong consensus builder and able to navigate the complexities of helping sell in new creative ideas at levels of Intel’s marketing org. Bring your imagination and creativity. In Your Role, You Are (Accountable for):
-Creative Management
- Lead a broad variety of content marketing from a variety of teams.
- Drive creative strategy through creative development and execution, ensure tight alignment with business strategy, KPIs, analytics, make sure audience journeys are well-crafted to influence business outcomes from Brand to Demand.
- Facilitate integration across relevant disciplines (social media, global execution, intel.com, nurture, paid media)
- Advise stakeholders on content creation and agency selection for Tier 2/3 projects
-Agency Management:
- Partner with Procurement to scope agency work based on business priorities and needs.
- Partner with procurement for new agency needs/ RFPs as needed.
- Track burn and utilization.
-Production Ops:
- Negotiate estimates, review and approve invoices, ensure accuracy and creative excellence on shoot.
Education & Experience
- Ability to work effectively in a constantly changing and sometimes ambiguous environment, make decisions quickly, manage simultaneous projects, and work with many stakeholders across internal groups and geographies
- Prior experience managing and working with external agencies and/ or in-house production teams
- Knowledge of intel.com and social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Tik Tok, etc.), knowledge of web publishing platforms is preferred
- Have a finger on the pulse of new trends, platforms, and a strong grasp of social/ digital platform features
- Proven project management skills in a marketing or communications environments
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams & Office including PPT, Word and Excel
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 5-8 years of experience in sales, marketing, client services, and/or strategy
- Proven track record of driving revenue
- Excellent organization, communication, and follow-up skills
- Excellent interpersonal, writing, grammatical and proofing skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects, relationships, and tasks simultaneously
- Extreme attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel
- Managerial experience a plus
- Excellent client management, expectation management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Background in interactive digital marketing with experience in web-related production is preferred
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong grammatical/proofing skills
