Job Description

MuteSix is seeking a Manager of Paid Social Campaigns. In this role, the Manager will lead the implementation and execution of Paid Social campaigns, including review, optimization and reporting. They will lead client communications and manage high-volume campaigns for e-Commerce and enterprise clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Support full-funnel paid social campaigns to align with client's key performance indicators
  • Drive effective client services and client relationships through accurate and timely communication
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key paid social partners and vendors to nurture performance growth
  • Create media plans that surpass client goals
  • Oversee and execute campaign builds, QAs and optimizations
  • Review and manage client data to ensure optimal performance on all campaigns
  • Build strong relationships across client services team and with external client

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience using paid social media platforms and leading campaigns across  Facebook Ads Manager/Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, Reddit
  • Knowledge and understanding of the basics in paid media, full-funnel marketing and the ability to collaborate across paid media disciplines and departments
  • Track record of successful experience working on both e-commerce and enterprise clients. Ability to manage campaigns from A-Z with limited oversight
  • Agency experience and client-facing experience a must
  • Experience and ability to perform data analysis skills and strong Excel skills
  • Strong QA abilities with an eye for detail
  • Strong organizational skills and project management ability
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to analyze and interpret large quantities of data. Ability to create QBRs, and speak strategically to campaign insights

Additional Information

The anticipated Salary Range for the position is $62,000 - $104,000. Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job- related qualifications, and geography.
