Job Description

As a Senior Programmatic Account Manager you understand well the clients' advertising priorities and strategies, and bring programmatic advertising campaigns to the next level. You enjoy challenges and seek solutions, and collaborate with other functional teams and specialties (e. g. Media Intelligence, Investment, Client Consulting). This role reports and works closely with the Head of Programmatic and Digital Operations, and supports the larger client team.

Your Main Key Accountabilities:

  • Audit, review and analyse running activities to meet campaign objectives
  • Understand clients’ brands, structure, and industry as well as project goals
  • Liaise with other channels
  • Training and development of team members (Junior Programmatic Manager)
  • Work collaboratively with client services team 
  • Create guidelines on programmatic 
  • Hands-on mentality: deliver together with team best-in-class campaigns and setup
  • Participate in media partnerships negotiations, delivers input and tracks performance
  • Analyze trends, drive innovation and implement testing strategies to continually uncover optimization levers and improve media performance based on the client’s KPIs 
  • Build strong relationships across stakeholders (externally with clients and with teams internally)

Shared Key Accountabilities with Head of Programmatic & Digital AdOperations:

  • Identify appropriate opportunities to upsell existing clients based on needs
  • Develop existing tech stack to ensure capabilities are used fully
  • Grow and develop product offering to keep it leading edge
  • Monitor investment of digital spend and ensures revenue/margin goals are met
  • Create and monitor forecast of digital spend based on client and publishers
  • Ensure operational efficiencies within the team of Paragon
  • Develop and author overall team strategy and approach to Display/Programmatic

Qualifications

  • Experienced in Programmatic Strategy: support the selection, deployment, and usage of programmatic technology (across DSP, SSP, Viewability etc.).
  • Expertise in online advertising platforms and analytics tools for online channels (such as DV360, Google Campaign Manager, YouTube, Google Analytics, Adform etc.)
  • You are used to and interested in managing end-to-end digital media campaigns and seek new areas of opportunity: build and plan digital media strategies, channel, and budget recommendations, set up campaigns delivering maximum business impact.
  • Experience with online marketing metrics such as ROI, click-through rate, cost-per-click, cost-per-action, conversion rate, average order size, etc.
  • Provide benchmarks and tracking reports to consultants, clients, and Media Team on key performance indicators and provide insights on how they map to larger client goals
  • Analysis skills (tracking and reporting, Google Analytics, Adobe and, ideally but no mandatory, Google Tag Manager and Data Studio)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate successfully and build relationships with internal teams, suppliers and clients.
