Job Description

Are you...
... a Senior Paid Search Specialist who thrives on translating client challenges into a solid (SEA) strategy and practically implementing it in smart SEA campaigns? We are looking for a new colleague who enjoys innovating and stays up to date with the latest innovations and developments in the field. You show our clients how technology and data can be smartly utilized. You don't just execute campaigns for our clients; you also serve as a strategic partner. You are proactive and share your knowledge with junior and mid-level colleagues to inspire and contribute to the maintenance and development of the team's expertise. Our "Activaction" practice consists of teams in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, and various Scandinavian countries with whom we work closely.

This is what you will do...
As an (experienced) Search Advertising (SEA) Specialist, you will be the orchestrator of multiple SEA campaigns for cool brands such as the Nationale Postcode Loterij, Europcar, Mazda, and HEMA. Together with the client, you determine an effective strategy and ensure that the campaign achieves its maximum potential. The activities you are responsible for cover the entire process from strategy development and the creation of innovative campaigns to the optimization and evaluation of SEA campaigns. Additionally, you play a major role in the SEA team (+20 people), using your experience to help your colleagues grow in their field. Together with senior colleagues, you establish a SEA team strategy for this year and are responsible for its implementation. Furthermore, you stay on top of trends and innovations and guide colleagues in their work for clients while closely collaborating with our partners such as Google, Microsoft, and Channable.

What else characterizes you...
The ideal candidate is energetic, able to work in a well-structured manner, possesses strong analytical skills, and performs well under pressure and deadlines. With your flair, curiosity, and expertise, you successfully execute campaigns together with clients and colleagues. It is important for us that you enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment. You do everything in your power to achieve the best results on a daily basis and provide a solid data analysis to substantiate, evaluate, and optimize your campaigns. Additionally, you are up-to-date with the latest developments in Paid Search (SEA) and digital marketing. In short, you are a versatile professional who takes an innovative approach and seeks a challenging role!

Qualifications

In addition, you have:

  • Minimum of three years of experience with SEA / Paid Search.
  • Agency experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Google Search Ads 360, Microsoft Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Ambition to shape online campaign strategies for prestigious brands.
  • A data-driven approach and mindset.
  • Feed management skills (such as Channable).
  • Fluent in both spoken and written Dutch and English.

If you are interested but don't fully meet the requirements or align with the job description, don't let that discourage you. It is primarily a wishlist.
