Job Description

We are looking for our next Program Director to join our team. In line with the business strategy and associated project plans, you drive both direct strategic relationships with successful delivery of large customer experience platforms, maximising agile teams and leverage a deep understanding data, design and technology. With a project and design mindset, you deliver value to the clients’ business by evolving and shaping scope and plans for clients, engaging with, and developing strong and collaborative relationships with our top industry clients to get successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Drives high value and high margin engagements in line with the project brief and digital transformation business growth plan
  • Accountable for achieving business objectives including scoping project approaches and estimates
  • Working with Client Partners preparing proposals and responses & pitches to prospective clients.
  • Successfully negotiates timelines, scope, and budget across the delivery team with clients
  • Manages large customer experience platforms working with clients in reviewing, scoping and deploying functional solutions to achieve the client business objectives
  • Ability to navigate the complexity of potential customers/clients to have the best opportunity for success in winning their business with a healthy project management framework
  • Has successfully delivered strong project management outcomes in a matrix organisation with significant emphasis on collaboration, influence and persuasion
  • Deploy effective project management methodologies, principles and techniques to develop project plans and to cost, resource and manage projects
  • Ensures implementation of effective project governance processes on programs

 

Qualifications

  • Has successfully delivered strong project management outcomes in a matrix organisation with significant emphasis on collaboration, influence and persuasion
  • Driven significant client outcomes through understanding Client business requirements and successfully delivering enterprise mar-tech platforms, commerce platforms, websites and applications projects
  • Proven track record of client growth and business development
  • Significant experience in digital customer strategy and/or marketing technology
  • Strong commercial edge - Strong financial management experience - including forecasting and demand planning
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of helping to run large-scale pitches
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Familiar with the digital ecosystem and marketing technology in general
  • Awareness of external landscape and industry knowledge
  • Strategic understanding of marketing, data strategy and technology
  • A strong understanding of project management methodology and best practice
  • Experienced in commercial management and reporting with a business strategy focus
