Job Description

The Associate Director operates as a key member of our Operations team helping and managing multiple customer engagements, collaborating in responding to new client pitches, leading the Delivery teams, operational governance, customer onboarding and is responsible for resource utilization. As a key leader you must demonstrate the capability to get others to believe in the ideas that you present and follow that belief through to execution. Lead the planning and delivery of strategic consulting engagements of delivery teams.

  • Successful delivery of all projects by reinforcing the metrics and following the organization’s defined Governance framework.
  • Lead a multi-disciplined team of media and marketing specialists, covering Digital Display, Programmatic and Media Billing.
  • •Monitoring responses to RFPs by providing mentorship.
  • Building and managing sub teams in the structure and defining the objectives and goals.
  • Coordinating with different shared services to ensure smooth functioning of the teams.
  • Drive delivery teams towards effective delivery.
  • Work with various disparate and dispersed teams to plan and execute programs along with communication to various stakeholders, conflict resolution and issue tracking.
  • Responsible for results of the service line including resource utilization, defect management, SLAs, people management, attrition, and skills development.
  • Supervises 3-5 senior managers and an overall span of about 200 members.
  • Responsible for performance management, coaching, mentoring, disciplinary actions, motivating and developing the team.
  • Giving specific feedback for the developmental process.
  • Coaching and mentoring delivery teams. Arranging appropriate and helpful assignments, formal training, or other experiences for the purpose of fostering teams learning and development.
  • Communicating teams’ objectives and accomplishments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10-15 years of cross industry consulting experience in integrated marketing strategy, digital marketing, business case analysis, operating model design and execution, campaign design and measurement strategy
  • 5+ years working in a top tier consulting firm and/or CRM agency
  • Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams in dynamic, complex, project-driven environments
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and international clients. Demonstrated skills and abilities managing and improving service delivery metrics
  • Deep knowledge of end-to-end consulting approaches to solve client problems - from planning and design to development and execution of strategy
  • Experience with assessing and recommending optimal team and process structures to facilitate integrated program execution (familiarity with the application of agile methodology to marketing a plus)
  • Understanding of marketing technologies (AdTech/MarTech etc) to orchestrate and activate customer experiences
  • Strong listening skills to understand clients visible and invisible needs.
  • Strong writing, presentation and client facing communication skills. Experience translating data analysis into actionable marketing recommendations and presentations – proficiency in PowerPoint required.
  • Proven experience in developing solutions to support the sale of new services to clients. Superior multi-tasking, networking, time management and inter-personal skills.
