The Associate Manager, Social Marketing & Strategy is plugged into the ever-changing world of social and a partner in strategic and creative executions. You’ll be the keeper of the brand voice across social media channels and own community building while driving and reporting performance.

You will:

• Assist in owning daily community management. Help manage content calendars, content publication and asset management.
• Respond to reactive opportunities, brainstorm inventive content ideas and topics that drive engagement.
• Ideate new ways to support social moments and campaigns in addition to always on content that fills the content calendar.

• College graduate or experience within the social media space
• Can demonstrate strong knowledge of all major social media platforms and you’re passionate about rallying a community to grow social accounts.
• You possess excellent time management skills and the ability to self-start. You can manage your own time and to produce thoughtful work against timelines.

Additional Information

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $45,000 - $69,500. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The company’s incentive compensation plan is subject to change. A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available.
